Refrigerated set size GN 1/1 Top Fresh collection.

This refrigerated display consists of a natural beech wood stand, a polycarbonate container to insert the 2 cold accumulators (supplied with two eutectic plates), and a stainless steel tray, made of 18/10 quality stainless steel.

The cold accumulator allows you to maintain the cold for 6 hours. You can buy extra cold accumulators if you want to freeze in advance, Art. 10791.

It is possible to add a roll-top cover sold separately, Art. 11075 with black handle, or Art. 11010 with chrome handle.

This refrigerated display can be installed on the Doppeldecker GN 1/1 buffet stand Art. 11547.
