Cooled buffet display Slate

Cooled tray with polystyrene bottom and natural slate tray on top, Slate collection.

This set consists of a polystyrene tray, a natural slate tray measuring 58 x 38 cm, and a cooler. The cold pad maintains the right temperature for about 6 hours.

A GN 1/1 cover can be added, and sold separately, e.g. Art. 11075 with black handle.

You can buy additional coolers Art. Nr. 10782.

Natural slate is an excellent cold conductor. The slate tray is also sold separately with Art. 00979; the buttom to hold the coolers is available with Art. 11619.
