General Sales Conditions


These general sales conditions apply to all distance sales concluded by the company BUFFET-PLUS - SAS, under French law, having a capital of 10 000 €, registered in the Clermont-Ferrand Trade and Companies Register, under number 900 755 307, whose registered offices are based at 39 avenue du General de Gaulle - CS 10046 - 63306 THIERS Cedex (France) - with an Internet user (hereinafter called "the buyer") through the website at (hereinafter "the Website").

Any order shall imply, on the part of the customer, the acceptance of all these general sales conditions and, if appropriate, special conditions agreed upon the order.


The fact for the buyer to place an order on the website and with BUFFET-PLUS implies the buyer's acceptance of these general sales terms.

The buyer manifests his adhesion when placing the order by ticking the corresponding box identified as follows:

«I have read the general sales conditions and I fully accept it»

Otherwise, no order can be placed with BUFFET-PLUS.

As a result of this action, the buyer declares to have read these general sales conditions and to accept them.


These conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute between BUFFET-PLUS and the buyer, only the court of Clermont-Ferrand will be qualified.


BUFFET-PLUS's offer of sale on its website is intended for professionals from FRANCE and ALL COUNTRIES. Product offers are valid as long as they are available on the website. However, the website www.buffet-plus is open to private individuals who accept these general sales conditions.


Any internet user wishing to place an order must first register on the website. Once registered, the buyer can order using his email address and his password.

Ordering process is as follows:

  • The buyer selects the products and quantities he wishes to order and can at any time check the selected products in the "Your cart" section, permanently present.
  • The buyer then checks his delivery and billing address, and selects the mode of transport.
  • The buyer then definitively validates his order by clicking on the "Next" button
  • After validation by the buyer of the order, the buyer proceeds to the payment of the price by choosing a mode of payment.
  • The buyer will receive an email confirmation of the record of the order by BUFFET PLUS
  • Any validated and paid order on the site is immediately considered as firm and final. 

BUFFET-PLUS reserves the right not to proceed to the order placed by the buyer, in particular:

  • For non-receipt of payment by cheque or bank transfer, failure of the bank transaction.
  • And more generally in the case of legitimate reason as provided by Article L-122-1 of the Consumer Code which states "It is prohibited to refuse a consumer the sale of a product or the provision of a service , except for legitimate reason ". In this case, BUFFET-PLUS will inform the buyer by email.
  • Any customer has the opportunity to obtain a pro-forma before validating his order. By clicking on this option, he will be able to download the pro-froma in his customer area.
  • For some countries the calculation of the freight costs cannot be done automatically, and the buyer will have to request for a pro-forma. BUFFET-PLUS will inform the customer of shipping costs, and the customer can choose to validate or not, his order.


In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-22 of the French Consumer Code, in the case of a contract concluded by a professional for the purposes of his activity, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

The items are not returned or exchanged.

However, it is possible to make a complaint to BUFFET-PLUS especially in case of dispute on the delivery. Under these conditions, any request for return must be the subject of a prior agreement of BUFET-PLUS which will define the terms of refund or establishment of a credit NOTE. This request can be made to or by fax to +33 (0) 4 73 80 86 77. The freight cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer.


On each product sheet, below the "add to cart" button, the delivery time is indicated according to the stock available; it is 24 to 48 hours if we have enough quantity, otherwise it is indicated within 10 working days (i.e. two weeks). BUFFET PLUS obtains supplies from APS on an order-by-order basis. The delivery time is confirmed to the customer on receipt of the order.


Delivery times are provided for information purpose only, and without guarantee. These deadlines run from the day of receipt of payment of the order by the buyer and are calculated in working days: Monday to Friday.

In any case, BUFFET-PLUS commits to a maximum delivery period of 30 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). This 30-day period is the deadline by which BUFFET-PLUS commits to deliver the products. This period is increased in the event of an annual closure period, which is announced on the website.

In case of non-compliance with this deadline, the buyer may request the cancellation of the order in accordance with the following provisions of Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code.

BUFFET-PLUS will refund the buyer as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which this right was exercised. Beyond this, the amount due will be legally interest-free at the legal rate in force. On the proposal of BUFFET-PLUS, the buyer can however choose a credit note.

Our delivery times are only indicative. A delay of delivery can in no case entitle the customer to damages and indemnities of any kind whatsoever, nor the cancellation of the order.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on the place and delivery method selected when ordering, as well as the amount of the order (metropolitan France) or weight (excluding metropolitan France). The shipping costs are indicated to the buyer when placing the order.

The buyer is informed that the order may possibly be split into several shipments or parcels. This splitting will not affect the amount of shipping costs as defined above.

Carriage and packaging free delivery from 300 euros out of VAT in metropolitan France.

The postage and packing costs are calculated according to the place of delivery and the choice of the mode of transport, and are indicated at the time of the finalization of your cart.

IX - RETURN OF PRODUCTS – After-sales service 

The goods travel at the risk of the customer to whom it belongs to check the good condition at the time of delivery, and, in particular, to make the usual reservations to the carrier.

If the buyer finds that the packaging is damaged, he MUST note it on the delivery note and REFUSE the goods if the parcel is damaged. If the damage is noted after the departure of the carrier we will not be able to take back the product or products. BE CAREFUL: the mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value.

Claims must be made to the carrier, only responsible, and by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

The verification of the customer, while unpacking with the carrier, must relate to the quality, quantities and art. Nr. of the goods. In case of dispute, the customer is meant to send to BUFFET PLUS a copy of the reservations issued to the carrier, by email.

If the buyer finds a non-conformity or a defect of the product while the packaging was in good condition, he can inform BUFFET-PLUS by any means and particularly by email at or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt so that the latter can replace, repair or refund the product concerned.

Any return of goods must be subject to a prior agreement of BUFFET-PLUS, and must be requested within 2 working days after receipt of the parcel or parcels. BUFFET-PLUS reserves the right to refuse the return if the delivered item corresponds to the description on the website and corresponds to the order of the buyer.

It is recalled that the replacement, repair or refund of the products is linked to the fact that the returned products were provided to the buyer by BUFFET-PLUS and that the buyer can justify the origin of this purchase.

After receipt of the buyer's request, BUFFET PLUS will respond as soon as possible. In case of non-compliance or proven defect, return postage costs will be borne by BUFFET-PLUS on the basis of parcel post or a standard courier service.

For any other reason, the return costs will be borne by the customer, who will return the items, after approval of BUFFET-PLUS, in their original packaging and new.


The prices shown on the Website are indicated in euros (€), excluding taxes (Tax Excl.) and all taxes included (Tax Incl.) at the cart level and excluding freight costs.

The prices and conditions of sale applicable to the order are those stated on the website on the day of validation of the order by the buyer.

The prices are payable in €, in full and in a single payment by one of the means of payment offered on the website when placing the order.

Payment by credit card is made using a secure payment system S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) Upon payment, the buyer is automatically redirected to the website of the BUFFET-PLUS bank partner. The latter never has access to the bank data of the buyer: he is only informed by the bank partner of the proper execution of the settlement transaction.


It is specified that the Art. Nrs., descriptions and information presented on the website have been reported according to the information provided by APS. The photos have no contractual value and cannot replace the description of the product. Thus in case of non-substantial difference between the presentation photos, texts, illustrations and the items ordered, the responsibility of BUFFET-PLUS cannot be engaged.

In accordance with the regulations in force, BUFFET-PLUS is not responsible for non-performance (including late delivery) of the order attributable to the buyer, due to unpredictable and insurmountable event of a third party, or a case force majeure.

The prices of products sold on our website are indicated in euros, tax excl. and tax incl., and exclude shipping costs. If products are shipped out of France, the purchaser may be required to pay customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes, which may be payable in some cases, depending on the purchaser's delivery address. These duties and other amounts are not the responsibility of the seller. It is the responsibility of the buyer (declarations, payment to the relevant authorities, etc.). The seller therefore invites the buyer to obtain information on these points from the relevant local authorities.
