Delivery time = carrier's delivery time

Since september 21, BUFFET-PLUS benefits from a new warehouse, and is able to offer several hundred items from its stock, in order to be able to dispatch your orders more quickly. Shipments are proceeded from Monday to Friday.

BUFFET-PLUS supplies from APS on a daily basis ; if the items you have chosen are not in stock, it usually takes about ten working days from the date of your order and payment for us to proceed to shipment. 

We are committed to a maximum delivery time of 30 working days.

Right when your parcel is shipped, you will receive a link for tracking of the shipment on LA POSTE website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping costs

• for Metropolitan France, the shipping costs amount 14.90 euros Excl. VAT for all orders up to 300 € Excl. goods value only. Free delivery for orders over € 300.
• for delivery, out of Metropolitan France the shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your cart, and will be displayed before you proceed to the payment.
• for countries where the website cannot automatically calculate the shipping costs, we invite you to use the "pro-forma" choice when you have finalized your cart, so that we can calculate the amount for freight.
