Black porcelain GN 1/1 container

GN 1/1 black porcelain container, depth 6 cm, 7.1 litre capacity. Stackable, dishwasher and microwave safe. Heat-resistant up to 220°C, so you can use it for baking in the oven, or for presenting food in a chafing dish in a bain-marie.

There is no lid available for the porcelain GN container.

This gastronorm container is also available in GN 1/1 sizes, in other colours:

These coloured porcelain GN containers are also available in 6 cm depth in the following GN sizes: GN 1/1, GN 1/2 and GN 1/3.

Buffet Plus offers a choice of GN containers made different materials: quality stainless steel, polypropylene, melamine, polycarbonate. Depending on the material chosen, gastronorm containers can withstand different temperatures. In composite materials, the gastronorm tray is available in white or black, crystal clear for polycarbonate, or coloured for porcelain.

The lids are always sold separately.

The GN container is ideal for use in kitchen and pastry-making, for storing food and using it during preparation, in catering, as a cold or hot buffet, and on serving trolleys for carrying dishes. Choose from a range of products to suit your needs.
