High-quality, non-recycled raw materials that pass the tests of EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority, because BPA migration is less than 60 times the legal limit. However, France has banned the use of polycarbonate for products in contact with food.

Buffet Plus offers a choice of GN containers made of different materials: quality stainless steel, polypropylene, melamine, polycarbonate, clear or black and porcelain, black, red, green or yellow. Depending on the material chosen, GN containers can withstand different temperatures. In composite materials, the GN tray is available in white or black, clear for polycarbonate, or coloured for porcelain. The gastro container is unit sold ; the lids are sold separately.
