The buffet pegboard can be used to indicate the different meals on the buffet, informing customers of their choices and helping them to identify the meals on offer. They can also include additional, dietary or important information such as the presence of allergens, the type of diet (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) or any other relevant or important information.

The buffet pegboard contributes to the organisation of the buffet by directing customers to the different sections: starters, main courses, desserts, thus facilitating the flow of service.
